Det \u00e4r V\u00e4ster\u00e5s&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">taekwondoklubb. Som individ m\u00e5ste man \u00e4ven inneha en giltig legitimation<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(pass eller nationellt ID) samt en GAL (global athlete license). T\u00e4vlar man&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">bara i Sverige och inte internationellt s\u00e5 kostar den licensen 160kr\/\u00e5r.<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Licensen s\u00f6ks av V\u00e4ster\u00e5s taekwondoklubb men utf\u00e4rdas sedan av STU.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Det inneb\u00e4r att den beh\u00f6ver s\u00f6kas i god tid innan det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r anm\u00e4lan<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">till aktuell t\u00e4vling. Dessa l\u00e5nar man p\u00e5 plats p\u00e5&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">t\u00e4vlingen men f\u00f6r att de ska fungera kr\u00e4vs s\u00e4rskilda strumpor som \u00e4r<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">personliga. Vi meddelar om dessa beh\u00f6vs p\u00e5 den t\u00e4vling du ska anm\u00e4la&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">dig till (oftast kr\u00e4vs det bara p\u00e5 avancerad niv\u00e5).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Indelning<\/span><\/strong><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00e4r man t\u00e4vlar delas man in i nyb\u00f6rjare eller avancerad, \u00e5lder och vikt.<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Som nyb\u00f6rjare r\u00e4knas man om man har gult till bl\u00e5tt b\u00e4lte. Som avancerad&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">beh\u00f6ver man ha r\u00f6tt eller svart b\u00e4lte. Innan man graderats till gult b\u00e4lte<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">kan man allts\u00e5 inte t\u00e4vla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00c5lder:<\/strong> Minior 7-11 \u00e5r (till \u00e5ret man fyller 12). Skulle man missa sin vikt finns ibland p\u00e5 vissa<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">t\u00e4vlingar, m\u00f6jlighet att betala en ny startavgift p\u00e5 plats och v\u00e4ga om sig. I&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">annat fall diskvalificeras man fr\u00e5n att t\u00e4vla. Som minior, kadett och junior<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">vill vi inte att man bantar f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 en l\u00e4gre viktklass. Anm\u00e4l dig till den&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">viktklass du b\u00f6r vara i.<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Matchsystem<\/span><\/strong><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Under t\u00e4vling finns tv\u00e5 system. Som nyb\u00f6rjare gruppspel och&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">utslagningssystem. Gruppspel inneb\u00e4r att man m\u00f6ter flera i samma grupp&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">och den eller de b\u00e4sta g\u00e5r vidare. I utslagningssystemet g\u00e4ller att om man&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">f\u00f6rlorar sin match s\u00e5 \u00e4r man ute. Som avancerad \u00e4r det bara&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">utslagningssystem som g\u00e4ller. Matcherna kan variera stort fr\u00e5n 1 match&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">upp till 7 matcher beroende p\u00e5 antal i sin viktklass. Man t\u00e4vlar i ronder,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">som nyb\u00f6rjare finns flera alternativ, mest vanliga \u00e4r 2x1min, 2x2min,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2\u00d71,5min. Som avancerad g\u00e4ller oftast 3x2min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coach<\/span><\/strong><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Alla t\u00e4vlande beh\u00f6ver ha en coach med sig in till t\u00e4vlingsomr\u00e5det. Denna&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">st\u00f6ttar och peppar under matchens g\u00e5ng och \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 den som st\u00e5r f\u00f6r<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">dialog om strategi inf\u00f6r och under fight. Klubben har n\u00e5gra utbildade,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">certifierade coacher och vi vet, av erfarenhet, att barnen ofta vill v\u00e4lja den<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">coach de k\u00e4nner b\u00e4st och tryggast med. Det \u00e4r n\u00e5got vi f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker ta&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">h\u00e4nsyn till men p\u00e5 grund av att flera matcher g\u00e5r parallellt g\u00e5r det inte<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">alltid att f\u00e5 ihop och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00e5r man ta den coach man tilldelas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Regler<\/span><\/strong><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Man vinner matchen p\u00e5 po\u00e4ng eller via knockout. Som nyb\u00f6rjare, oavsett&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00e5lder, \u00e4r det i Sverige f\u00f6rbjudet att sparka mot huvudet och det medf\u00f6r<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">d\u00e4rf\u00f6r diskning. Endast Avancerade junior och senior f\u00e5r vinna p\u00e5&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">knockout mot huvudet. Po\u00e4nggivande tr\u00e4ffar \u00e4r d\u00e4r skyddsv\u00e4sten skyddar<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">samt hj\u00e4lm. Till\u00e5tet att med full kraft sparka och sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 skyddsv\u00e4sten f\u00f6r att&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">f\u00e5 1 po\u00e4ng. Snurrspark och bak\u00e5tspark ger 3 po\u00e4ng mot kroppen.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); color: #000000; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Spark&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); color: #000000; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">mot v\u00e4st ger 2 po\u00e4ng. Motst\u00e5ndaren f\u00e5r 1 extra po\u00e4ng genom varningar om man g\u00e5r&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">utanf\u00f6r mattan, ramlar, sparkar eller sl\u00e5r p\u00e5 otill\u00e5tna ytor, brist p\u00e5 disciplin&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">eller om man h\u00e5ller fast sin motst\u00e5ndare. F\u00e5r man totalt 10 varningar&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">medf\u00f6r det diskning per automatik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Runtomkring en t\u00e4vling<\/span><\/strong><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00e4vlingar sker runtom i Sverige och du kan d\u00e4rf\u00f6r beh\u00f6va \u00e5ka en bit f\u00f6r att&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">delta. Det inneb\u00e4r att man kan beh\u00f6va sova \u00f6ver en natt p\u00e5 orten<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">t\u00e4vlingen bedrivs f\u00f6r att kunna v\u00e4ga in kv\u00e4llen innan och sedan vara pigg&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">och fr\u00e4sch morgonen efter n\u00e4r matcherna startar. Antingen v\u00e4ljer man att<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">bo p\u00e5 hotell\/vandrarhem eller s\u00e5 ordnas det, p\u00e5 vissa t\u00e4vlingar, sovsalar i&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">anslutning till t\u00e4vlingshallen. \u00c4r vi m\u00e5nga som \u00e5ker s\u00e5 kan vi gemensamt<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">styra upp det s\u00e5 att vi bokar p\u00e5 samma st\u00e4lle.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">F\u00f6rst n\u00e4r alla deltagare v\u00e4gts in kan matchschema s\u00e4ttas upp. Relativt&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">sent p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen innan t\u00e4vling kan man d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ta del av vilka personer och&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">hur m\u00e5nga matcher man ska g\u00e5 dagen efter. F\u00f6r en del inneb\u00e4r det en&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">besvikelse att se att man bara kommer g\u00e5 en match medan det i vissa&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">viktklasser \u00e4r m\u00e5nga anm\u00e4lda och man ist\u00e4llet kommer g\u00e5 flera matcher&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">p\u00e5 varandra. Det har h\u00e4nt att den\/de motst\u00e5ndare som var anm\u00e4lda i en&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">viss viktklass inte dykt upp till inv\u00e4gning eller att de v\u00e4gs in i en annan&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">viktklass \u00e4n den de anm\u00e4lt sig i vilket inneb\u00e4r att man helt pl\u00f6tsligt saknar&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">motst\u00e5ndare. Det \u00e4r tr\u00e5kigt, men inneb\u00e4r att man gl\u00e4djande nog kan&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201dvinna\u201d utan att beh\u00f6va g\u00e5 en enda match. Det \u00e5terbetalas inga avgifter i&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">de fallen.<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Taekwondot\u00e4vlingar inneb\u00e4r ofta l\u00e5ng v\u00e4ntan och en viss os\u00e4kerhet n\u00e4r i&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">tiden ens egna matcher g\u00e5r av stapeln.
